What We Saw

Lake Placid is a 4 mile long lake with good bass fishing and fairly clear water. Surrounded by lakefront residences like the ones shown at left, it's a good recreational or fishing paddle.

We paddled to the north end of the lake for a relaxing afternoon trip.
